J40
The J-40 is in a
league of its own amongst well-respected US built
cruiser/racers. “Soulmate” is a prime example of this
classic design. Sleek, light and airy, well cared for with
proven off-shore record and all the blue-water cruising
gear ready to go anywhere.

COMMENTS:
|
|
Vessel was built in
1988 and had a major refit when the second owner
bought her in 2001. Over 100,000 US$ were invested in parts alone plus
thousands of work hours done in preparation for the blue water trip they
planned (a 3 year circumnavigation). Among other works the complete interior
was re-varnished and re-upholstered. An extensive list of new equipment was
fitted |
|
